Due to the fact that we customize the apparel offered in this online store, we must operate with a NO REFUNDS / NO RETURNS policy. The only possible allowed exceptions would be an even exchange for items that are incorrectly processed (i.e. wrong style, wrong color, wrong size, etc.), or for obvious product defect. All exchanges must be pre-approved by MowearUSA, with the exchange request submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. In the event of a claim involving product defect, a thorough garment inspection will be performed at our facility before an exchange authorization will be issued. For approved garment returns (for reasons covered above), MowearUSA will replace the garment.
